On February 8, 2007, Smith was found unresponsive in room 607 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. On March 31, 2007, TMZ.com reported that FOX News anchor Greta Van Susteren acquired paperwork from Dr. Joshua Perper's office that indicated 8 of the 11 drugs in Anna Nicole Smith's system, including the chloral hydrate, were prescribed to Howard K. Stern, not Anna Nicole.
